I Got a Pushcart Prize!

When pushcart to shove ...

One of my favorite humor pieces published under the auspices of McSweeney's, an American institution, was selected for a Pushcart Prize. "An Open Letter to White Women Concerning The Handmaid's Tale and America's Historical Amnesia" was not without its share of critics and the internets were lit with tomato and raw egg drive-bys, but it was a learning experience too. Overall, I'm pleased with the reception, good and not so good, I mean if critics ply you with tomatoes and raw eggs, hey, make an omelet!
